1. Execution is everything. No offense to innovation, but 95% of success lies in execution.
2. People are great asset class. Recruit the right people. Building team is not about filling headcount.
3. Focus. Focus on making a better product. Learn not to do everything. Simplicity takes time.
4. Timing. Don’t build a product that’s 10 years ahead of your time. Survive until the market is ready.
5. Pursue you passion. Work with something you love. Stay true to who you are.
6. Shipping for mobile is different than shipping for web. Mobile services have to be REALLY simple and direct.
7. Execute on long-term vision. Have courage to take your time and solve important problems - instead of launching too early. Build something that last.
8. Harness your users’ passion. Enable users to do what they try to do with your service. Give your users time to fall in love.
9. Test. Find the way to test the real customer value proposition.
10. If you don’t fail, you’re not trying hard enough.
